Before we go through our discussions today, I am hoping that you are starting to see your stocks moving up. This document is the second of a six-part article with video tutorial complementing each part. If you wish to learn the promising business of trade options, then I suggest you watch all of the videos.

A very important step in learning to trade options is to spend a lot of time back testing your trades. There are just a few option software programs on the market at this time that can help you with this task, but learning to trade without costing you a dime is worth your time. I learned a lot by using Optionvue and/or Think or Swim to back test my option trades. These two software bundles have been very good, but now San Jose Options has just released a new type of back testing tool called the “Options Toolkit.” With this back tester you will save a lot of time in comparison to any other options testing software.

Before, back testing one year of Condor trading using Optionvue would take one hour. Using Think of Swim is relatively quicker to do the same. But with the extraordinary Option Toolkit, doing the same back test will be finished in just 2 seconds. Yes, two seconds. And not only that the Option Toolkit can finish the test in a wink of an eye, it can deliver you more and better organized data than any other software can.

Experience, too, is a very important factor to consider before you find success in options trading. After many years of watching and breathing the stock market, an option trader can develop extensive experience that will make him quite familiar with the many faces it has. Remember, the stock market is changing all the time.

Paper trading is an excellent way to learn how to trade options. It is easy to get access to a Paper account. You can open up a free trading account with Think or Swim and/or almost any other options broker. This will give you the practice you will need. It may be difficult, but it is very important to paper trade for at least six months to a year. Remember, it is very important to gain experience over time, and paper trading is one way to gain this experience without risking any money.

At last, I would like to tell you that you should keep about 25% of your capital in cash. This is very important! The best option trades always require adjustments. In order to make these adjustments, you will need extra cash. It is very dangerous to use all of your spending money in your trading account. Every option trader leaves lots of money in cash in order to make adjustments. You need cash to lock in profits and manage your portfolio as needed. Keeping this cash helps you to be a successful trader.

So let's talk about the differences between investing with stocks and options. First we'll tackle the less complex investing vehicle, we all know as stocks. To start with, you should know that stocks are directional trading vehicles. If we are long the stock, then we make money when the prices of the asset rises, and we lose capital as the underlying asset's price decreases. Also, we can sell a stock short in which the profit comes when the stock falls. Direction is key when investing with stocks. We need not worry about time or market volatility.

So let’s talk about the differences between investing with stocks and options. First we’ll tackle the less complex investing vehicle, we all know as stocks. To start with, you should know that stocks are directional trading vehicles. If we are long the stock, then we make money when the prices of the asset rises, and we lose capital as the underlying asset’s price decreases. Also, we can sell a stock short in which the profit comes when the stock falls. Direction is key when investing with stocks. We need not worry about time or market volatility.

So now we know that stocks are simple, directional, investments. Now let’s talk about options. Trading options is actually trading three dimensions; time, volatility, and direction. You could say this makes options three times more complex than stocks. Here’s a trading example to compare the difference. Look at this scenario:

What if Google moves up 25% in 2 years? Well, those stock owners would have just made 25% by holding on to their investment all that time. However, if an option trader held on to his Call options for 2 years, most likely there would be very little if any gain on the trade.

So let’s talk about why the option trader lost money even though the stock went up. It’s quite simple; the option trader lost the time value of their options. Each option has time premium as a part of the option price, and if the move doesn’t happen fast, then the option trader will probably lose money if they’re simply buying Calls. The volatility will most likely drop on the asset as the price rises, as well, and this will also cause the price of the option to fall.

Now you see that in order to trade options, we really need to be well informed. Novice option traders usually buy Calls and Puts, and then don’t understand why they lose money when the underlying asset goes the direction they were hoping. It’s important to remember, when trading options, that you are trading a 3 dimensional asset.

World wide the Warren Buffett strategy is known for being very successful in stock picks. His value investment philosophy is from the Benjamin Graham school, and in 1965 he invested $10000 in Berkshire Hathaway. Today this investment is worth nearly $30 million! Had he taken the same amount of money and invested it in the “S & P 500″ it would have grown, however the same investment would only be worth around $500 000.

Looking at numbers like this is it not surprising that the Warren Buffett legend has also grown to mythical proportions. But how did he do it? By value investing, he like many other bargain hunters, looks for product that are undervalued, finds them and invest in their stocks. The majority of other buyers don’t see the investment value in these products, but Warren Buffett does.

Securities with low intrinsic worth are grist for his mill. He identifies these and predicts their worth by analyzing the company’s fundamentals. The majority of buyers are unable to predict this and Warren Buffett seems to know that the market will eventually favor his investments.

Supply and demand do not concern him in the least, although traditionally this is what controls a market. Warren Buffett wants long term returns not capital gains. His famous quote “In the short term the market is a popularity contest; in he long term it is a weighing machine” says it all.

He looks at stocks in terms of the company’s overall potential to make money. Because he seeks long term investment value, capital gain is of no consequence, and this is what makes value investing so different to other methods of investing.

When he looks at an investment opportunity and evaluates the relationship between its stock price against the level of the company’s excellence. He also asks himself certain questions, such as performance regarding return on equity, if the company avoids taking on excessive debt (we all know how he feels about debt), how long the company has been public and whether or not it relies on a commodity.

The easy to understand trading method known as Forex breakout trading works and will work every time so you can quickly be trading for high profits in about a half hour a day once you master the method. First let’s understand how Forex breakout trading works, by looking at in detail.

If you look at any chart of a currency pair, you will instantly see how all the biggest and best trends start and continue and that’s by breaking to new market highs. To be successful at Forex breakout trading you need to buy breakouts with high odds and then lock into them for huge profits. A lot of traders do not use this strategy, which begs the question, ‘Why?’ Let’s examine the possible motivation behind ignoring this surefire method before we determine how to breakout trade.

It’s easy to understand why many Forex traders who are just starting out are hesitant to use breakout trading – new traders are more comfortable when they can predict a trend in the market, but breakout trades are based on grabbing the moment, not making predictions; most new traders wait for the market to pull back from the breakout, but when this doesn’t happen, they end up loosing out on a lot of money. The pro trader, doesn’t mind missing a little bit of profit, he simply focuses on the big profit ahead of him and knows he is entering when the trend change has been confirmed and the odds are at there best.

When buying breakouts, you only want to trade the best trades with the highest odds of success and the way to do this is to be selective and only trade breaks of resistance which have been heavily tested before the break occurs.

Don’t worry if the other Forex traders don’t follow your lead right away – remember, everyone loses money at some point while trading the markets but many of the best breakouts happen when most traders aren’t looking for them.

Pound Conversion Rate Some traders spend a huge amount . Which have growth rates to draw down. Some traders spend a huge amount .

It is possible to make triple digit profits with just 30 minutes of Forex trading every day with the Forex Breakout Trading method, a technique that can be mastered very quickly because of its basic yet highly effective philosophy. We will now examine some of the specifics of trading Forex breakouts.

Take a moment now to study a currency pair chart and you’ll notice that the hottest Forex trends begin by breaking a market high and just keep going up from there. To be successful at Forex breakout trading you need to buy breakouts with high odds and then lock into them for huge profits. Despite the high potential for profits of this seemingly simple trading strategy, too many forex traders continue to ignore this particular method, in part because it can be scary.

Even though Forex trading is effective, few beginners to trading employ the strategy simply because beginners prefer to predict the turn in the market and this is not possible with a breakout – when he sees a breakout occurring he waits for a pull back that is not forthcoming since the top breakout trades carry on, leaving the novice behind just watching.

If the sentiment is bearish and the news or other traders don’t agree with the break don’t worry about this, most traders lose and it’s a fact, the best breakouts appear when the bulk of traders don’t expect them.

Are you one who make big profits. Traders believe myths or get the wrong. Broker School Don’t use them, they lose money.

Taking a privately held company public is done via an IPO (Initial Public Offering). It wouldn’t be an overstatement to say that an IPO is one of the important events in a company’s timeline. The company issues a specific number of share certificates at a stated price. Each shareholder then becomes part owner of the company, and each share can be bought or sold on the stock market where the company is listed.

It is an extremely complicated process with a maze of regulatory and compliance requirements. But the benefits, in terms of finance, are just as high. A successful and well-subscribed IPO can instantly turn a small regional company into an international corporate heavyweight.

The sudden influx of capital with no strings attached helps keep the company’s current business on track, and puts its growth plans on a high-speed track. Liquidity problems which can derail a company’s existence disappear, and lenders can be paid off in full. The business also gets a boost from all the hype over the IPO and customers and business partners will start looking at the company with greater trust.

The first concrete step towards an IPO is for the company to file a registration statement with the SEC. This statement, along with a prospectus for the IPO, tells the company’s entire story. It helps investors (and the SEC) decide whether the company is a good horse to bet on.

Underwriters and the company’s accountants are required to work together to fulfill these regulatory requirements. They will provide the management with advice on shifting from a private decision making process to a public company answerable to the board and shareholders. The most important thing the underwriters do is help decide the price and number of shares that the market can absorb.

Once the IPO goes through, the company has certain new responsibilities. This includes making public the quarterly financial results, filing statements with the SEC for anything major that impacts the company and its operations, and the AGM. At the stockholders’ meeting, important issues are discussed and voted upon, including the composition of the Board and the top-level management. This is one reason why many companies hire new mangers after an IPO, to deal with issues specific to public companies.

How an IPO fares mostly depends on the company’s prospects and that of its sector. But IPOs fail all the time inspite of having sound basics and strong revenue models. There are many factors in play here, including the share pricing and quantity, the market and the timing of the IPO.

A company could pull off a large IPO in the US, but the same might not be possible in Canada, where the IPOs are usually a little bit smaller and under priced. In Europe, a company has to take into account the situation not only for its own market, but also the conditions in every market in the EU, since the economies and markets of member nations are co-dependent.

Back before the dotcom dustup, any college kid with a website could file for an Initial Public Offering and rake in the big bucks. After the latest recession, things are now every different. Investors need a company with significant assets and long-term growth prospects. The regulatory requirements too are a lot tougher, but at the end of this long hard road there is a huge pot overflowing with shareholder funds.

In order to grow and expand, many companies will go through the IPO How process and make an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the general public. A new IPO Prospectus valuation is usually made, and Canadian IPOs are becoming more common nowadays.

It wasn’t all that long ago that I was struggling to find that “secret strategy” that would help me find the best forex trades, and I was intrigued when I first heard about the trading robots.

I had been working the forex markets for nearly a year and was still having a hard time finding good trades, in large part because of my full time job that left me little time to watch the markets.

I looked into several of the robots that are out there, but the one that seemed like it would really meet my needs is the Forex Megadroid Robot. It seemed a huge gamble to try to automate my forex trading in the first place, let alone buying a product like Forex Megadroid Robot.

But I checked out the Forex Megadroid Robot website and soon became convinced it was the right program to help me boost my forex trading success. I discovered that you can try this great little robot for free.

The second thing is that I could set up a test account. There would be no risk of losing my balance on a wild robot trading away while I slept and blowing all my cash.

What changed my mind was that not only does the Forex Megadroid Robot come with several risk settings, meaning you could set it to the low risk setting to test it out, but you can actually test it out without risking a single bean. Is this really possible?

Only when you are satisfied that the robot works do you actually have to risk anything by then using it on a live account, and you don’t have to do this until you are sure doing so carries absolutely zero risk.

Naturally, the website promises huge amounts of cash flowing into your account, which I haven’t seen yet, but then I’ve kept it on the low risk settings so far and haven’t really let it loose. Once I move the robot to the higher risk settings there’s no telling how much I’ll be able to make!

Shockwave is called the Automated Price. For automated trading, there has been a lot. Philippine Forex It has proven during beta tests that it can trade.

So I wondered how I could find the time, and soon found the Forex Megadroid Robot. There are a lot of automated forex trading programs out there, so why did I choose this one? It seemed a huge gamble to try to automate my forex trading in the first place, let alone buying a product like Forex Megadroid Robot.

I know that most people would share my concerns, but I found something really interesting on the Forex Megadroid Robot website that helped convince me otherwise. I discovered that you can try this great little robot for free.

My biggest fears with the forex robots has always been that if I set it loose on my real account, I would come home from work and find that my money had been wiped out and all my dreams had been completely destroyed along with it.

The Forex Megadroid Robot can be tested for free at absolutely no risk to you, so you can really play around with the different settings and features, including the all important risk settings, until you feel comfortable using the program with real money at risk. So what do you have to do?

You can keep trading forex without ever creating a live account. There is zero risk. Once you see things trending, though, with no chance of losing your cash, you’ll be eager to jump right in and start making more money.

Naturally, the website promises huge amounts of cash flowing into your account, which I haven’t seen yet, but then I’ve kept it on the low risk settings so far and haven’t really let it loose. Once I move the robot to the higher risk settings there’s no telling how much I’ll be able to make!

For automated trading, there has been a lot. The actually short term trends in the market. Complex trading strategies, a study course. Trade Silver Dollar

Day traders everywhere have begun to watch the stock charts very closely as a hint to what investments to make. You can do this as well. It is fairly easy to do this in stock trading if you keep a close eye on the stock charts.

The stock charts show you exactly how a certain stock has been doing. If they stock prices have dropped or risen drastically, the charts will be a true reflection of this. The stock charts were created to aid the average stock market beginners in making wise investing decisions.

Investing your money is extremely important. If you do a good job with your investments, you could make a large amount of money and not have to fear for your future. Once you retire from working, you may rely on your stock decisions to live a comfortable life.

Working well past your scheduled retirement age is not a fun prospect and is one that you should work at all costs to ensure does not happen. Keep in mind that if you do not have enough money when your retirement age comes, you will have no other choice.

Stock charts are available for almost every stock option. Be sure to consider a wide range of companies before deciding where to invest. By limiting yourself to one particular type of stock, you could be missing out on a great investment.

When you look at the stock charts for a particular company there is something to consider. While there are no definite in the stock market, if the company’s charts have shown a slow but steady increase, it is a good sign that the growth will continue. This is also true if the stock is decreasing.

Even the day traders make bad calls occasionally. This is because there is no rhyme or reason in the way that we invest our money. You could decide to pass on a particular stock just to watch it explode over the next weeks. There is no way to tell for sure. That makes watching the stock charts that much more important.

An option trader and I had an interesting conversation today about searching for the secret of making consistent returns with option trading. I absolutely agree with him about many of the things that he said.

An option trader and I had an interesting conversation today about searching for the secret of making consistent returns with option trading. I absolutely agree with him about many of the things that he said.

One thing that got my attention was when he said “Non-directional option trading doesn’t mean we can make money in any direction. It means that we make money if the underlying doesn’t move in any direction. In other words, it’s still a directional trade, sideways.” He was right, and it’s often advertised that it’s easy to make money with options because we can make money on any direction. However, this isn’t always the case.

If you’re trading Iron Condors, you know what I am talking about; especially if you are trading the Condors that most courses and books teach. If you are trading this strategy in 2009, you probably aren’t making anything. That’s because the Iron Condor is just as directional as most option trades only that its direction is sideways. It’s just as hard to predict a sideways move as it is up or down.

Because of trading credit spreads and condors, many people have ended up losing sizeable chunks from their accounts and calling me. They repeat to me the same story… “Everything was going great for several months and then all of a sudden in one day I nearly lost my whole account.” This story has been repeated to me time and time again.

I don’t trade the popular Condors or Credit Spreads precisely because of this reason. Many people believe in trading this way until they are a few days away from expiration and their short strike is about to hit. If this happens, soon you may be trying to hide the truth from your wife or telling the same story to your best friend. As funny as you may think this is, you won’t even chuckle when this happens to you. This style of trading can also contribute to a high stress level which can ruin your life.

San Jose Options Mentoring has redesigned Iron Condors and Credit Spreads in order to combat this problem. To help me keep a lower stress level as well as to avoid any dangerous situations, they have taught me how to use different techniques so that I am able to give the underlying more wiggle room. In most cases, the less adjusting you have to do to your condor the better off you will be.

I was able to capture profits on Condors by using the techniques which they had developed. From them, I was able to learn how to lock-in my gains and, unlike many other option traders who leave after having made a profit, I was able to stay a little longer in the trade.

In the end, if I ever have a Condor move against me, then I have developed a technique to keep me in the game by making adjustments and morphing into a new position! I may run into a bad month once in a while, but I’ll get an excellent, free trade from it where most traders bite the bullet and move on.

Win or lose, along with the other strategies which I have developed, I will be able to trade Iron Condors impressively.
